Barbara Cox is a Belgian artist living near Brussels whose vibrant and imaginative work has earned strong international recognition. She is known for her distinctive Abstract Pop style, in which intuitive abstraction meets the visual strength of Pop Art, resulting in an instantly recognisable artistic language.

Her work is included in important private collections across several countries, and she exhibits regularly at leading contemporary art fairs and exhibitions in Belgium, France, Switzerland and Great Britain. Her symbolic visual vocabulary, including strawberries, eyes and the Barb’Happy characters, has become widely recognised and strongly associated with her artistic identity.

A major milestone in her career is her collaboration with the prestigious Belgian jewellery house Wolfers. This collaboration led to Radiance of Dreams, a limited collection of exclusive rings that translate her iconic symbols into fine jewellery, marking a significant crossover between contemporary art and high jewellery.

A major announcement planned for 2026 will mark an important new chapter in Barbara Cox’s career, further reinforcing her growing international presence and artistic ambition.

Collection: Blooming Dreams

Blooming Dreams invites the viewer into the heart of a dream garden, capturing the moment when nature awakens and imagination takes hold. Like a magnified fragment of her Garden of Dreams, each work reveals a vibrant harmony of colour and form, suspended in perpetual bloom. Barbara Cox’s iconic symbols reappear throughout the series. The Barb’Happy figures, the Strawberry of the Heart, the Eyes of Waking Dreams, the playful COX inelle and the dragonfly in flight create an intimate and poetic visual language.

With this series, her ultra contemporary surrealism becomes more personal and contemplative. Blooming Dreams is an invitation to wander, to dream and to reconnect with the joy and beauty that define her artistic universe.
